Ended up confused with labels and wording

I tried to make sense of the WFHI software and its support, but honestly, I found the wording and labels quite confusing. At first, I thought I might just need more time to understand, but as I kept going, the terms used within the training and the onboarding steps didn't really line up well with what I expected. For example, some labels on the telephonic support options and database features seemed off, and I wasn’t always sure what exactly I was selecting or clicking on. The dialer and calling tools worked okay, but navigating the software was frustrating because I didn’t find the wording clear. The payment and invoicing process also felt a bit complicated with unclear descriptions. In the end, I ended up feeling uncertain about what I was actually doing or signing up for. I guess it’s functional but not user-friendly enough in how the things are described for me.
