ended up confused and frustrated with how the software labels worked

I tried using the software and honestly it felt like something was off with the labels everywhere. Like, there’s this calling tool which I thought would be simple to access but the labels for buttons and menus just didn’t click. They used terms that seemed kind of jargony and not intuitive at all. Even the sign-up process seemed okay but the way they named fields and settings inside the platform made me hesitate a lot. I guess there was one thing that worked - the auto updates seemed to load without issues, which was nice I suppose. But overall, I was mostly stuck trying to figure out what the different tabs meant or what I was supposed to fill in. It’s not like I’m new to software tools but the wording didn’t really help. Had I spent more time or had better guidance, maybe I would have gotten used to it, but as it stands, the outcome was that I didn’t end up feeling comfortable using it regularly or making full use of anything they offer.
