Main sales aur pre-purchase phase mein thoda confident feel kar rahi thi kyunki jo details diye gaye the wo clear the aur sign-up process bhi theek tha. Lekin kuch terms jo payment aur updates ke bare mein thi wo mere liye thodi complicated lag rahi thi. Baad mein jab support se help li toh better feel hua, par uske pehle mujhe thoda hesitation tha. Jo overall experience tha, usme achhai thi ke main apna setup khud manage kar sakti hoon, par phir bhi thodi zyaada clarity par main kaam karti hoon. Matlab, side-by-side achha aur thoda less clear dono tha jo mujhe sochne par majboor karta hai.
