End result was okay, but I had to figure out a lot myself

Hey, honestly the whole pre-purchase experience was kind of a mess. From the signup to actually getting the software running, I had to spend so much time figuring things out on my own because documentation wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. I was expecting more guidance on the sales side, like someone explaining the features in detail rather than me piecing it all together. The invoicing process was another thing; it took a while to understand how payments would work, and the steps weren’t very straightforward. However, I’ll say once I got past that initial hurdle, the automatic updates were quite seamless which was nice. Also, calling tools like the dialer worked okay once I was set up properly. But still, it has been a bit frustrating overall because I expected more hands-on help early on. I guess the support was okay, but mostly I ended up staring at the screen, googling stuff and experimenting till I figured out the whole workflow.
