I want to directly tell you that while using your software, I ended up working out many things on my own. The initial sign-up and invoicing went smoothly, so that part was fine. However, a lot of the calling tools and database features required trial and error before I could integrate them well into my workflow. It felt like I had to discover processes and troubleshoot without much proactive guidance. So even though the software is capable, you might consider making some of the steps clearer. Still, the outcome was decent as I managed to set everything up eventually.
