End of the day, got the answers I needed after all
I had to figure out quite a lot on my own, which was a bit tiring honestly. The support is there but it feels more like a safety net rather than a guiding hand. I found myself going back and forth between the software and the training materials trying to piece together how some features actually work. It isn’t that the help isn’t available, it’s more about the way information is scattered. Sometimes I’d call for telephonic support and wait a bit; there’s nothing like instant answers all the time. Over time, I did manage to sort things out, especially regarding the dialer and database features, but it really required patience. I keep thinking it would have been more straightforward if there was a clearer push towards the main parts upfront, instead of discovering by trial what I could do easily and what required extra effort. So yeah, while I still had to invest extra brainpower to work everything out myself, eventually, everything I needed became accessible. Overall, it worked but it did feel like a half-finished puzzle for some time.
