Support team se baat karte time kabhi kabhi lagta tha ki unka system khud thoda slow hai ya unko problem samajhne mein dikkat ho rahi hai. Jo initial setup tha wo theek tha, kam se kam sign-up aur payment process clear tha aur usmein koi dikkat nahi hui. Lekin jab software ke dialer feature mein gadbad aayi, toh response thoda disappointing laga. Apni taraf se inputs dene ke baad bhi resolution lene mein jyada samay lag gaya. Database updates ki wajah se bhi kabhi kabhi call logs merge nahi hote the theek se. Overall, kuch basic cheezein badhiya hui, par support ka handling of problems mujhe utna pasand nahi aaya. Agar ye thoda improve ho, toh better ban sakta hai, abhi ke liye thoda average sa lagta hai.
