Encouraged by clear explanations but a few things could be smoother
I felt quite positive about the training and onboarding because things were explained really clearly, which made the initial learning curve much easier to handle. The sessions broke down complex parts of the software into manageable chunks, and I liked that I could ask questions along the way. However, there were moments when I wished the pace was a bit slower or maybe a few more examples could be shared to clarify certain features, especially the database management section. Still, overall, the instructions helped me get a good grasp without feeling overwhelmed. The onboarding flow was structured so that I wasn’t left confused about what to do next. I appreciated the short video tutorials as a supplement, though sometimes I had to rewind or pause to catch everything. So while the clarity was definitely there, a touch more simplicity would have made it even better for complete beginners like myself. I’m glad I stuck with it because it made me confident enough to start using the tools properly in my workflow.
