Effortful and slow support process
When issues began after signing up, the support communication was underwhelming. It took multiple calls and a fair few emails to get even the basics addressed, stretching over days. The telephonic support line was often busy or the wait times were extensive. On the rare occasion that someone did assist, the guidance lacked clarity and sometimes contradicted previous advice, leading to confusion on my end. Updates did not seem to resolve the bugs as expected, and I often found myself repeating the same information to different representatives. While one aspect I appreciated was their willingness to eventually escalate some cases, the overall effort required on my part was quite significant. It wasn’t smooth or reassuring, and honestly, quite disappointing given the investment. Clearer communication and quicker responses would have made a big difference but those qualities were mostly absent during my experience with their support and problem resolution.
