Effort needed to grasp labels but onboarding was fairly smooth
The onboarding and training with WFHI's platform was mostly a positive experience, though I did find some of the wording and labels in the software interface a little confusing at first. Getting everything set up and understanding the workflow took a bit of effort on my part, especially when it came to figuring out exactly what some buttons or sections were meant to do. The instructions in training sessions were helpful, but occasionally I had to pause and re-examine what was being explained to fully grasp the process. Despite these challenges, the overall approach was encouraging and not overwhelming, which made me want to keep pushing forward. The sign-up and payment steps were clearly laid out, reducing some anxiety about managing those aspects on my own. Calling tools and the dialer worked reliably after the initial learning curve, and the database feature helped me organize contacts better than I expected. In general, it took time and mild persistence, but I believe I’m now more comfortable with the system and appreciate the clarity that the training provided.
