Effort needed to figure out pre-purchase details
The sales and pre-purchase phase required a fair amount of independent effort to understand what exactly was included and how the software would integrate with my workflows. The information given during sign-up was somewhat sparse, so I had to spend time researching the features, invoicing method, and overall process before making a decision. No significant issues with the payments themselves, as those systems were straightforward. I found the training material and automatic updates helpful after purchase, but the sales communications could have been more comprehensive to minimize the time I spent clarifying things later. Telephonic support was present but didn’t cover all the pre-purchase details I needed. Summing up, it worked out, but I wouldn’t call it effortless; I had to actively piece together key information myself to feel confident about moving forward.
