Effort from support team was appreciated
I've had a really good experience overall with the support team. They were quite responsive to my questions and provided helpful guidance when I needed it. The only hiccup was the initial wait time, which was a bit longer than I expected. But once I connected with someone, the assistance was great. Just a minor suggestion: quicker response times would make the whole experience even better!
