Efficient training, won’t need extra help next time
The training program was really helpful and thorough enough that I feel confident about using WFHI’s software without needing further assistance. From the start, the modules were clear, and the practical onboarding walkthroughs made it easier to understand how the dialer and calling tools work. They also covered database management well, so I don’t anticipate having to call support again. The automatic updates have been seamless, not interrupting my workflow at all. Sign-up and payment processes were straightforward and didn’t cause any hassle. Even when I had questions initially, telephonic support was quick and effective. Overall, I’ve gained enough knowledge and comfort that next time I use the platform, I won’t require additional help. It was a good investment in training, and I’m glad I chose this package. Definitely a well-structured onboarding experience that left me satisfied with using the software independently.
