Waiting on hold was usually not too long, but there were occasions it felt a bit slow before someone picked up. Still, overall your support is responsive and knowledgeable which makes up for these minor delays. I also value how your assistance tracks my cases so I don't have to repeat details extensively every time I call back. It's a fine balance between thoroughness and efficiency, and you get it mostly right. I do think a bit more smoothing out of queuing might make things feel even better on the customer side. So yes, some waiting and repeating exists, but your communication keeps the experience from becoming tiresome. I expect this will only improve over time with your process updates.
