Efficient support but not vastly better than previous
Compared to other service providers I have used, the telephonic support here was generally responsive and polite. The wait times were somewhat longer than I expected, which could be frustrating during a busy workday. The communication style was clear, providing necessary information to sort out technical issues related to the dialer and database features. However, I did find that sometimes the explanations were not as detailed as I would have liked, requiring follow-up calls. Overall, this support system is a step up from very basic customer service I encountered before, but it still leaves room for improvement in responsiveness and depth of assistance.
