Efficient setup but ongoing support could be smoother
When I first started using the software, the initial setup was straightforward and didn’t take much time, which I appreciated given how important it was to get up and running quickly. The one-off setup included configuring the database and dialer tools, which worked well from the outset. However, I found that ongoing adjustments to the workflows required more back-and-forth with the support team than I expected. Their telephonic assistance was generally helpful but sometimes took longer to respond during peak hours. Updates arrived automatically without disrupting my work, which was a plus. Overall, the system did the job efficiently once configured, but I felt that better communication during ongoing tweaks would make managing daily operations smoother. Sign-up and payment were hassle-free, with clear invoicing that left no confusion. If the ongoing support were a bit more proactive, I’d rate it higher, but the core functionality meets my needs quite well.
