Effective training delivered positive results
The training I completed with WFHI was straightforward and achieved its intended aim. Most of the material was clear and relevant to setting up remote workflows. However, at times there was a bit of repetition in the modules which I found unnecessary. Also, occasionally I had to wait for responses during onboarding, which slowed the process slightly. Despite that, the overall outcome met my expectations. Once familiar with the software tools, I was able to navigate the dashboard and calling features with ease. The support team was generally available, but the few delays did mean the onboarding was not as seamless as it could be. On balance, I felt the training left me well-prepared for the tasks I intended to carry out.
