Easy to navigate the website, invoicing stood out
I was looking for remote workflow tools and started by exploring the WFHI website. Finding what I needed was straightforward enough; the product categories and descriptions were clear, which helped me decide without confusion. The invoicing process was particularly notable because it was direct and speedy, without unnecessary steps or delays. It made the initial commitment feel less daunting. The sign-up and payment processes followed the same smooth path. Once signed in, the software interface was fairly standard, with the database and calling tools available as expected. While the training sessions were useful, I found them a bit general and would have appreciated more targeted coverage of certain features. Also, auto updates sometimes changed UI elements unexpectedly, requiring a brief relearning. The support services were present but didn’t stand out much in my experience. Overall, the ease of accessing key functional areas and the clean invoicing were the highlights that made the early phases of adoption less stressful.
