Easy to find what I needed, but some parts were confusing

I have been going through the training sections, and honestly, I found it pretty straightforward to locate most of the info I needed. The interface is clean, and the modules are well organized, which really helped me get a grip on setting up the dialer and database features quickly. However, I did stumble a bit over the part about automatic updates — I wasn’t exactly sure how they would affect my workflow, and that section could be clearer. It seems like the tutorials assume some prior experience, and since I’m fairly new to remote software, a little more hand-holding wouldn’t have hurt. Signing up was hassle-free though, and I appreciated the telephonic support when I called for clarifications. Taking everything into account, I’m quite happy with how training is shaping up for me. It’s user-friendly but could benefit from a bit more clarity in some specific areas.
