Easy to find support but some gaps remain

Despite that, once connected, the communication remained professional and helpful, so I was able to move forward without much delay. Overall, the support aspect has a good balance, though there's slight room to improve the ease of finding resources independently. The inclusion of real-time assistance made the difference when it counted the most.
