easy to find stuff but sometimes info felt limited
I was looking for info on billing and payment stuff and gotta say it was pretty straightforward to find what I needed. The layout was clean, invoices were easy to download and understand which made everything chill. On the flip side though, some specifics about payment terms and invoice dates weren’t super detailed in the first place, so I had to ping support twice to get clearer answers which was ok but a little annoying. Also, payments processed pretty smooth and on time overall. It’s nice when things just work but a bit more upfront detail would’ve been cool. I guess the good is the process feels simple and transparent, the bad is the little gaps in detailed info that made me follow up, but nothing too big to complain about. All in all pretty happy with how billing stuff handled here.
