Easy to find most billing info, but detailed view missing
The billing and payment section was generally easy to navigate, which I appreciated since finding invoice details quickly is important for me. The summaries and basic info like due dates and payment status were clearly displayed right after login. Signing up and receiving invoices went smoothly overall, with automated updates on transactions provided reliably. That said, I did find myself wanting a bit more depth in the billing interface. For example, a detailed breakdown of charges or historical payments would have been handy, but was either hidden or not available directly. Support was responsive when I asked for clarification on certain entries, which helped, but I think the software itself could include those features by default to save extra calls. So while everything I needed for routine checks was straightforward to find, the absence of a richer billing history view was noticeable and a small missed opportunity to enhance user experience.
