Easy to find help, though some gaps in detail
When I signed up with WFHI, I was a bit worried about how easy it would be to find the help I needed during onboarding. Usually, software like this overwhelms with too many links or not enough guidance. But surprisingly, WFHI’s training system was well organized. I quickly located the step-by-step tutorials and videos, which was better than I expected. However, there were moments where the explanations assumed a level of prior knowledge that I didn’t have, so some details were skipped over too fast. This meant I had to hunt around a bit more to fill in the blanks, which was a minor downside. Compared with other platforms I’ve tried, where I felt lost for days, WFHI’s approach allowed me to get up to speed fairly quickly. The calling tools and dialer were integrated neatly within the dashboard and easy to access as well. I also appreciated the smooth payment workflows and quick invoicing. I’d say it was an easier experience overall than I feared, even if it wasn’t absolutely perfect from day one. I expect future updates will iron out the smaller rough patches I encountered.
