Easy setup but monthly billing could be clearer
The billing and payment interface generally works fine. Initial setup involved submitting payment details and finalizing invoicing preferences, which was a one-time task completed smoothly. However, ongoing payments come through automatically and while I was told this was standard, I wish there were clearer notifications before each monthly deduction. It can get a little confusing to track without reminders. The invoicing documents are accessible in the portal and updated automatically as changes happen. Overall, setup is mostly one-off, but keeping track of ongoing billing could improve with additional alerts. Otherwise, payments are processed without hassle and service remains uninterrupted.
