Easy payment steps but lacked a confirmation feature
The billing and payment process with WFHI was well set out and easy to follow. All the steps were in a sensible order starting from sign-up, invoice receipt, to payment confirmation. I especially liked that the invoices were clear and arrived punctually without me having to chase. The payment portal worked smoothly on multiple devices and didn’t hinder my workflow. However, one thing I felt was missing was a direct confirmation or a summary page after the payment was completed. It would have been reassuring to have an explicit 'payment successful' message with a downloadable receipt right away on the platform rather than waiting for an email. The rest of the process ran seamlessly and felt professionally handled. Overall, I appreciate how straightforward the payment path was, but adding that immediate payment confirmation would make the experience flawless for me and probably for others as well.
