Easy navigation helped but some info was hard to find
I found it pretty easy to locate the main sections I needed, especially the database and billing parts. The UI is mostly intuitive. However, when I tried to explore the advanced calling tools, some of the submenus were a bit confusing and I wasn’t immediately sure where to check certain options. It made me think maybe a bit more explanation or quick guides within the software would help. Still, I did reach the info I needed eventually without a lot of hassle, which is the main thing for me given I’m not very tech-savvy. So the good definitely outweighed the confusing bits here.
