Easy enough to navigate, but with a few little quirks
When I first went through the billing and payments section, it was quite straightforward to find the information I needed, which made the process less stressful. The invoice downloads were right where I expected, and payment history was easy to review month to month. However, there were minor things like the categorization of past payments that didn’t quite match what I had in mind, so it took a moment to figure out why some numbers looked different. The interface is clean, and the auto-update on billing info means I rarely had to double-check manually. Compared to other software I’ve tried, this struck a good balance between accessibility and precision. Definitely something I’d mention as user-friendly to a friend, though there’s room for improving clarity on some detailed billing notes.
