Easy enough billing but some hiccups along the way
The billing and payment system of the software mostly worked fine for me, although I did notice some hiccups on occasion. The invoicing process was straightforward, and I could quickly understand the statements and what I was expected to pay. However, there were some small glitches where the payment confirmation was delayed, which caused minor confusion. Once I reached out for support, they clarified everything promptly, so that was reassuring. Day-to-day, I didn’t have to worry about recurring charges being missed or double billed, which is a plus. It wasn't flawless, but it did the job well enough for me to keep using the service. I’d tell a friend it’s reliable enough but be prepared that you might need to check occasionally just to be sure everything is on track.
