Easy billing process, I would do it again
Finding what I needed for billing and payments within the WFHI software was straightforward and hassle-free. Right from the start, the invoice section was accessible and clearly laid out, so I didn’t have to waste time clicking around or guessing where to look. The payment process itself was also seamless, with options clearly stated and no unexpected steps along the way. I appreciated that the software sent automatic email reminders too, which helped me stay on track without any extra effort. There was good transparency about billing periods and charges, and the dashboard updated almost instantly when I cleared payments. Because of this ease, I’d definitely consider continuing with the same system if I were to use the software long term. It saved time and avoided confusion, which for me means a lot. I did check the history tab to review past invoices, and it was all well organized. Overall, the experience around billing reinforced my confidence in the platform because they made a normally annoying part of software usage really easy and clear to understand.
