Easiest to find invoice but rest was cloudy
I’ll give credit where it’s due: the one thing that went well for me during the sales and pre-purchase phase was how quickly I could find my invoice and billing records on the portal. That part felt convenient and well-organized, especially since automated updates kept that section current without me needing to chase anything. However, outside of this small win, the rest of the experience felt murky. I struggled to locate clear documentation about the training modules and their schedules, and the database feature’s capabilities were not well explained before I signed up. The onboarding flow was slower than I expected, with some steps I wasn’t fully prepared for, making the start feel shaky. Customer support during the initial sales call was vague about payment terms, requiring several follow-ups to clarify various charges. Overall, while the invoicing area was impressively straightforward, I felt lost during much of the rest of the process—like trying to navigate in dim light without a proper map to guide me through the software’s multiple features and billing nuances.
