Easier to find stuff than expected
I expected the software to be somewhat complex given its range of features, but actually it was quite easy to locate what I needed. From accessing the dialing system to managing the database entries, everything was laid out logically. The search function in the database was especially intuitive, which saved me a lot of time. Even the invoicing details were straightforward to check, so I didn’t waste time hunting around. I thought I might find navigating through updates and training modules confusing, but those aspects were user-friendly too. In all, the experience was smoother than I anticipated, making my workflow more efficient than I had hoped. I’ll definitely continue using it keeping this simplicity in mind.
