Doesn’t work for me, honestly quite frustrating
I was hopeful about this software and support, but honestly, it just didn’t gel with my daily usage. The calling tools and dialer often acted unpredictably after a few days of use, which was annoying because I rely on steady communication channels. Support was a bit inconsistent too – not so much in the initial setup, but when problems popped up later, I wasn’t always sure what to expect or how quickly they’d respond. Sometimes the updates seemed to cause more confusion than fixing issues. I tried sticking with their training and onboarding materials, but the overall experience didn’t improve much. If I were to explain this to a friend, I’d say it felt like a software that sounds good on paper but struggled when I needed a reliable partner day after day.
