Doesn't suit anyone working irregular or low hours
The billing and payment setup here felt completely mismatched with the hours I actually work. It seems like the charges are structured in a way that assumes constant or predictable usage, which simply isn’t my case. Because I have irregular shifts and work at odd times, the invoices I received did not reflect what I felt was a fair amount for the actual hours I had the software active or in use. Moreover, the lack of flexibility in the billing system means anyone with part-time or varying schedules would probably face the same issue. I tried to contact support for clarification, but the answers weren’t very helpful regarding adjustments for irregular hours. It’s blunt but true: if you don’t work a consistent, full-time schedule, this isn’t the best fit. I ended up feeling like I was paying more than I used, and honestly, it became frustrating to track hours against the billing statements. If your work hours are fluid or reduced, I’d advise you look elsewhere. This payment model seems rigid with no easy way to tailor charges based on actual usage time.
