Doesn't make sense at all

I have to be upfront that my experience with the training and onboarding was pretty frustrating. The wording and labels in the software just didn’t make sense to me, which slowed down the whole process. For example, the terms used in the instructions were vague, so I kept second-guessing what each button or feature was supposed to do. I got stuck trying to figure out some basics like navigating the dashboard, because the labels felt inconsistent or unclear. I tried going back and re-reading the training materials, but they repeated similar unclear terms without providing straightforward explanations. It felt like the onboarding assumed too much prior knowledge, which I didn’t have. Since this was one of the first steps, I was hoping for a clearer setup to avoid wasting time. Overall, the confusing phrasing and poorly thought-out labels made what should have been a simple set-up into a time-consuming and annoying experience. I don’t think I’ll go any further with the software given these issues.
