Doesn't fit with my working hours, but some training is useful
The training provided was definitely useful in terms of content and how to use the software features effectively. However, the timings and scheduling of sessions absolutely didn’t fit my work hours, which made following along really tough for me. I found myself missing key parts because they clashed with my daytime responsibilities. The onboarding also felt inflexible in this regard and didn’t accommodate different schedules very well. On the plus side, the sign up and payment process was straightforward and I appreciated that. But overall, the time commitments for training and support phone calls just didn’t correlate with my actual work routine, which was frustrating. So while I got some value, the incompatibility with my hours overshadowed it.
