Does the software find what you need?

Navigating the software to access the tools I needed was more frustrating than I expected. Although the main dashboard loaded quickly, finding specific features like the database or dialer involved digging through menus that weren't labeled intuitively. The search function sometimes failed to return relevant results, which slowed down completing tasks. On the plus side, once I located the calling tool, it functioned adequately for dialing and logging. However, the overall experience in locating things left much to be desired and did not make the process smooth. In short, it worked but lacked the ease I hoped for when trying to get started quickly.
