Disorganized Support Sequence Let Me Down
From the start, the order of steps in their support and communication flow felt mostly counterproductive. The initial signup and onboarding were clear enough, but it quickly became frustrating because priority assistance seemed to skip essential explanations. They did provide telephonic support that was polite, which I suppose was a small positive in the overall experience. However, the flow of addressing issues wasn’t in a sensible order—for example, I had to wait for an irrelevant update before getting access to the dialer support I needed. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion about what to do next. The database feature setup was also tangled in this poor sequencing. While the automatic updates functioned without disruption, they didn't compensate for the chaotic communication steps. I felt like I was piecing things together on my own rather than being guided properly, which made the process more difficult than I expected from a paid service.
