Disorganized steps, disappointing onboarding order
I expected a logical, smooth progression through the training and onboarding when I began using WorkFromHomeIndia’s system, but the actual sequence was quite different. Instead of a clear buildup from basics to advanced tools, important modules like the dialer setup appeared late, making early workflow testing awkward. I also noticed that some database features needed earlier introduction to make the calling tools more practical early on. Compared to other software training I have done, this order felt less systematic and more confusing. The onboarding would have benefited from a better roadmap or a more gradual transition between training levels. While the content was useful, the timing of the lessons was mismatched with real workflow needs. This affected my confidence in using the system efficiently at first. So, I would say the onboarding process needs real improvement in structure and sequencing to meet reasonable expectations.
