Disorganized software setup leading to continuous hurdles

I found the entire experience with WFHI’s software setup to be quite frustrating and disorganized. The initial onboarding promised a streamlined process, but in reality, the one-off configurations were limited while the ongoing maintenance felt like a series of constant issues and interruptions. The interface was not intuitive, requiring frequent telephonic support to comprehend even basic operations. The training provided did little to ease the complexity, as certain features were introduced in a fragmented manner, contributing to confusion rather than clarity. The calling tools and database integration often malfunctioned until manual adjustments were made, which should not be expected in a professional remote workflow environment. Furthermore, updates arrived automatically without adequate prior notification, sometimes changing critical aspects of the system unexpectedly. Invoicing procedures also lacked transparency, requiring multiple follow-ups to understand billing cycles and payment methods. The interaction with support was protracted, with delays in receiving effective resolutions. Overall, the software did not meet the expectations set during the introductory phase and felt more like a burden than an aid, creating a counterproductive environment for remote work management. This disjointed and ongoing struggle with the platform’s setup severely undermined my confidence in its long-term usability and reliability.
