Disheartening support experience from start to finish
The whole support process felt frustrating and ineffective. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, the communication was slow and often evasive, which eroded my confidence in resolving any issues. I initially hoped that reaching out by phone would speed things up, but it only led to longer wait times and repeated explanations of the same problem without clear solutions. The representatives seemed hurried and not fully attentive, which did not inspire much trust. As a result, I ended feeling more uncertain rather than reassured about using the software further. The promised priority assistance did not materialize in any noticeable way for me, and overall, I felt left on my own to figure out most problems without proper guidance. This left a distinctly negative impression that overshadowed other parts of the product. I do not feel confident continuing with the service when support feels so unreliable and unhelpful throughout.
