Discussing how the process settles day to day
Initially, the pre-purchase and sales process with the software was a bit confusing, mainly because the messaging wasn’t always clear. Over a week, however, I started noticing that the software’s features stabilized and daily use improved my understanding. The onboarding flow took its time to feel natural, and some follow-ups were a bit slow, which added to the learning curve. Still, once I got past the first few days of using the demo and experimentation, things became easier and more intuitive. The invoicing process was straightforward each time, and payments went through without much hassle after the initial setup. Overall, I’d say the sales process felt better once the system settled into its daily rhythm rather than how it behaved on the first try. It’s a decent enough experience though there’s room to streamline first impressions.
