Disappointing Training: The Out-Of-Order Modules Stood Out
Reflecting back on my experience with the training and onboarding process, the one glaring issue I recall was the sequence of training modules. While the content itself seemed valuable, the order in which the steps were presented did not make logical sense. For example, I was introduced to the calling tools and dialer setup long before any introduction to the database features or even how to manage the software’s dashboard. This caused a lot of confusion as I struggled to understand how the different components fit together. Also, the automatic update process was described after the main onboarding, which felt too late to effectively prepare users for any changes that might disrupt their workflow. I also remember the clarity of some instructions was hit or miss; certain steps assumed background knowledge that I didn’t have. Invoices and payment steps were actually easier to grasp but were overshadowed by the disjointed technical training. Overall, this disjointed order became the most frustrating part of my experience, making the whole onboarding feel inefficient and unnecessarily difficult.
