Disappointing experience with software access
I had high hopes for the WFHI software based on the description, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations at all. Compared to what was promised, I found it to be incredibly confusing and slow. The access issues I faced made the whole process frustrating, leaving me feeling completely unconfident by the end. It simply didn't work for me, and I was really disappointed with how hard it was to navigate. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I expected something much better.
