I had anticipated a more comprehensive and structured onboarding experience but found it lacking in detail and depth. The training sessions felt rushed and did not adequately cover all aspects of the software, leaving me to figure out several key functionalities on my own. There were also insufficient materials provided to refer back to after the sessions. This mismatch between expectation and reality made the initial phase quite frustrating. However, I will admit that some basic support was available, so not everything was negative. It just wasn’t what I had hoped for considering the initial information shared beforehand.
