Disappointed with software handling errors
I was really hoping the software would be easy to use but unfortunately it struggled whenever something went wrong. At first I thought maybe it was just me, but repeated errors made me question that. The software did not provide clear guidance when problems happened, and I felt stuck trying to figure out what to do. Customer support was available over the phone but the responses were slow and sometimes not very helpful. The automatic updates seemed to cause more confusion rather than fix things quickly. Overall, I find the system unreliable for my needs and the access issues made it difficult to continue using the product. I’m unsure if I will try it again due to these problems.
