Disappointed with ongoing software setup requirements

After trying to get accustomed to the WFHI software, I would have to say that my experience was less than satisfactory. The setup process required a substantial initial effort, which I expected, but what frustrated me more was how much of the setup turned out to be ongoing. Each time I logged in, there seemed to be new configurations or settings to adjust rather than a stable environment to work within. The database feature, while supposedly helpful, demanded frequent manual updates which negated much of the convenience I had hoped for. The software also didn’t always remember my preferences or recent activity, so I ended up repeating steps multiple times. On the other hand, the sign-up and payment process was clear and straightforward, so at least there the experience was smooth. However, the telephonic support, though polite, often failed to resolve the deeper technical issues I encountered, dragging out the troubleshooting unnecessarily. Additionally, automatic updates sometimes introduced unexpected changes that required re-learning parts of the interface, further complicating my workflow. Overall, while the initial setup was a reasonable one-off task, I found the continuous need to intervene in the software's functioning to be burdensome. I regret that it did not provide a more stable or consistent user experience.
