Disappointed With Confusing Labels and Wording In Training

You really need to rethink the wording and labels in your training and onboarding material. The phrases used in instructions often didn’t match what appeared on the software interface, which caused me to get stuck multiple times. For example, the dialer was mentioned by a certain term in training, but the software had it under a different name or menu location. This made me doubt if I was even using the right tool or if the instructions were outdated. The onboarding steps jumped too quickly without ensuring clarity on the terminology, so it felt disorganized and frustrating. I can appreciate that some basic features were explained clearly, but when it came to navigating the database and managing contacts, the confusing labels slowed me down. The initial promise of smooth onboarding didn’t really match the reality I experienced. I expected more intuitive guidance especially when automatic updates sometimes changed the user interface unexpectedly. Though the telephonic support tried to help, it couldn’t fully bridge the gap created by inconsistent wording. This aspect really detracted from what could have been a better start.
