Mera experience support team ke saath thoda disappointing raha. Jab software mein ek chhota bug aaya jiske wajah se dialer sahi kaam nahi kar raha tha, toh maine turant call kiya support ko. Lekin response time thoda slow tha, pehle unko mera issue samajhne mein dikkat hui aur baar baar mujhe apni problem explain karni padi. Mujhe laga ki communication mein thoda focus aur clarity honi chahiye thi taki jaldi se solution mil sake. Waise technical team jo baat karti thi woh polite thi, aur ek kaam theek tha ki unhone mujhe priority assistance dene ki koshish ki, par phir bhi pura time laga issue fix hone mein. Agar urgent problems ko prioritize karke zyada effective communication ho, toh future mein experience better ho sakta tha. Training aur onboarding process theek tha, lekin jab dikkat aayi tab support system mera waise help nahi kar paaya jaisa expect karta tha.
