Disappointed due to misaligned training hours
I expected the training sessions to fit neatly within the regular working hours I keep, but that was not the case. Many sessions were scheduled either very early or late in the day, which did not align with my availability. Over several days, I tried to keep up but found it hard due to these mismatches. The onboarding material itself was useful when I accessed it, and the recorded videos helped catch up. However, the scheduling worked against me, making the overall experience frustrating and less effective than I had hoped for.
