Disappointed by training labels not making sense
I expected the onboarding and training materials to be straightforward and well-labelled, but unfortunately that was not the case. The terminology used in the software and the training seemed inconsistent and often confusing, which slowed down my initial progress significantly. Compared to other platforms I have used, where labels and instructions were clear and logically structured, here I found myself spending extra time guessing what each step meant. The training videos lacked clear reference to the interface elements as well, which made me double-check multiple times if I was on the right track. While the onboarding process technically covered all necessary steps, the phrasing felt clunky and sometimes contradictory, leaving me unsure if I had missed something important. I did appreciate the availability of supplementary resources, but overall this mismatch between what I expected and what I encountered made the training frustrating. Because of that, I would hesitate before recommending this training experience to a first-time user.
